Position Overview:

The Senior Content Specialist will be a key member of our team, responsible for crafting and implementing content strategies to enhance our brand's narrative and engage our audience across various channels. Reporting directly to the Communication Manager, this role will be instrumental in maintaining consistency in messaging and driving our brand's identity forward.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation: Develop original, engaging content for multiple platforms, including our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and marketing materials.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Communication Manager to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends to inform content creation and strategy.

  • Content Management: Maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency in messaging.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive improvements.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Marketing, Design, and Sales, to deliver cohesive and integrated content.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital tools for content creation.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills for Senior Content Specialist:


  • Mastery of AI tools and platforms for content creation and optimization.

  • Experience with AI-powered content generation and analysis tools.

  • Ability to leverage AI-driven insights to inform content strategies and decision-making.
