Job Summary:
The Regional Sr.Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves partnering with leadership to define hiring needs, sourcing high quality candidates, and delivering on recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also focus on enhancing the employer brand, building strong talent pipelines, and improving recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and assess candidates, ensuring they align with both the role requirements and organizational culture.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and candidates, delivering timely updates on recruitment progress.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding initiatives, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth and respectful recruitment process.
- Manage job postings and social media presence to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
4. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
- Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience in Hiring Tech & Non-Tech roles.
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent, preferably within BPO industry.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are a plus.
