Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written) and Arabic as well.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with call center software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work on a part-time basis with flexible hours (rotational shifts).
