Sales Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct detailed market and account research to gather insights on potential clients.
 • Develop customized sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral to address the specific needs of each targeted account.
 • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on account strategy and execution.
 • Perform a comprehensive analysis that includes benchmarking against industry standards and expectations, along with a detailed gap analysis to identify discrepancies between the current service levels of the targeted account and the optimal state. This process involves conducting simulated interactions such as phone calls, emails, and chats with the targeted account during both peak and off-peak hours to directly assess their customer service performance. This thorough evaluation will pinpoint areas for improvement by highlighting gaps in response times and overall customer satisfaction.
 • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of account-based strategies, providing actionable insights and reports.
 • Create training materials and conduct sessions to enhance the sales team's understanding of account-based sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
 • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools. 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
 • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
 • Located in UAE or Egypt • Arabic language is not a must. Preferred Qualifications 
• Experience in the contact center industry or similar BPO services.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
