Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Training Officer to join our team at Tafaseel BPO. The Training Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in the BPO sector. This role is crucial for ensuring that our team delivers high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Create, revise, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of different teams within the BPO operation.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and hands-on training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate with team leaders and management to assess training needs and identify skill gaps through performance evaluations and employee feedback.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and adjust programs as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and performance outcomes.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding training for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continually enhance training methods and materials.
  • Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees post-training to reinforce learning and application of skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a training role, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and software, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
