Description of Duties:
• Develop and lead digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Manage company communications, ensuring brand consistency in all messaging and campaigns
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor and engage with audience interactions on social media in alignment with brand tone and goals
• Create compelling, on-brand content including copywriting, visuals (coordinating with designers), and short-form videos
• Lead email marketing efforts including newsletters, product updates, and campaigns
• Coordinate internal and external communications (press releases, announcements, and media outreach)
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to support integrated campaigns
• Track KPIs and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot
• Stay updated with the latest digital, marketing, and communications trends and tools
• Guide junior team members or vendors when needed
