About the Role:
Tafaseel BPO is hiring on behalf of a valued client for the position of Backend Officer. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in data analysis, report writing, and a strong command of Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English to ensure smooth communication and accurate reporting in both languages.
As a Backend Officer, you will be responsible for handling data management tasks, analyzing information, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring accuracy in all administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for management.
Prepare accurate and detailed reports based on data analysis and ensure timely delivery.
Perform regular data updates and ensure that information is properly stored and accessible.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze large datasets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Collaborate with different departments to gather and verify data needed for reports.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all data entries and reports.
Provide support in preparing presentations and other data-driven materials for management.
Review and update internal processes related to data handling and reporting.
Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Candidate Profile:
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience in data analysis, report writing, and backend office support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), including working with formulas, pivot tables, data sorting, and data visualization tools.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and report generation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role in data management or administrative support is preferred.
