Job description
We are looking for a results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive lead generation across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the UAE real estate sector.
- Identify and segment target audiences for customized campaigns.
2. Campaign Management & Content Creation
- Plan and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Oversee social media content, print collateral, and video production.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize lead generation.
- Improve website content, SEO performance, and overall digital presence.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead the in-house marketing team and manage relationships with vendors.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
